This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Refugio County Warrant Records is a private reference site. We cannot access court systems, confirm warrant status, recall process, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the court named on the case for court status and resolution; use the sheriff for law-enforcement routing or custody questions.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office that keeps the record. A court or clerk may be able to confirm releasable case information, while the sheriff's page is a contact route rather than a public county warrant search.
- County law-enforcement routing: the Refugio County Sheriff lists 361-526-2352; dispatch is 361-526-2351 and the jail is 361-526-1698. Ask which office holds a particular process. No public sheriff warrant search was located.
- District or felony case: call the District Clerk at 361-526-2721, P.O. Box 736, Refugio, TX 78377, to identify the controlling court and record route.
- County Court case: contact the County Clerk at 361-526-2233 or 361-526-2727. The clerk handles County Court files, not a countywide warrant search.
- Justice Court citation: JP1 is 361-526-4877 for precincts 1, 1A, 4, 4A, and 4B; JP2 is 361-526-1635 for precincts 2, 2A, 2B, 3, and 3A. Use the court named on the citation.
- Refugio city citation: call Refugio Municipal Court at 361-526-5364. Its TrafficPayment interface excludes county citations and does not establish county status.
- Bayside city case: call Bayside Municipal Court at 361-529-6520, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon; its page says payment information is coming soon.
- Woodsboro city case: call the municipal court at 361-543-4506. Its published hours are weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., subject to posted closures.
- Austwell city matter: call City Hall at 361-349-1399 to identify the correct municipal-court contact; no separate official court or warrant portal was located.
Before traveling, call the relevant office to confirm its current address, hours, status disclosure rules, payment instructions, and whether an appearance is required. A phone conversation may provide information but may not itself change a court record.
