These terms set the rules for using this website. By visiting any page, running a search, or reading content here, you agree to everything listed below. If you do not accept these conditions, leave the site and do not use it further.

NO FCRA USE. This website is privately operated and is not affiliated with a government body, court, or law-enforcement office. The site is a civic reference for locating Refugio County court and sheriff contacts. Neither this site nor linked search tools may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We are not a private-investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is an independently operated information site, not a public agency, court, or sheriff's office. It holds no official Refugio County warrant file and cannot search, change, or clear a court record, accept bond, or submit filings on a visitor's behalf.

We explain where separate local records may be held: Refugio Municipal Court, Bayside Municipal Court, Woodsboro Municipal Court, justice courts, the County Clerk, the District Clerk, and the sheriff for law-enforcement routing. The official sheriff page reviewed did not provide a countywide public warrant search.

2. Informational Use Only

Everything here is general information. Local pages describe specific contacts and known search limits, but they are not an official status check, court order, or legal advice. Use the court named on the case for case status and resolution. Contact the sheriff for county law-enforcement routing or custody questions; the sheriff page is not a public warrant roster.

3. Not for Screening or Locating People

The intended purpose is to help a person find official channels for their own matter or that of a family member. Do not use this site or a linked service to investigate, monitor, or target others. By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Evaluate a person for a job, rental, housing, credit, or insurance decision
  • Use information to find, follow, track, or profile another person
  • Threaten, harass, intimidate, or stalk anyone
  • Make a decision governed by the FCRA, as described below

4. Rules for Using This Site

When using this site, you must not:

  • Use the site in a way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to enter restricted systems, accounts, or infrastructure
  • Collect page content through bots, crawlers, or automated extraction
  • Interfere with site operation or another visitor's access

5. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Refugio County Warrant Records is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or background reports. The site and its linked tools are not offered for regulated eligibility or screening decisions. You agree not to use information from this site or a linked service to:

  • Make an employment or termination decision
  • Assess a tenant, renter, or housing applicant
  • Set credit terms or insurance eligibility or rates
  • Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
  • Carry out any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Use a provider authorized for the applicable screening purpose if you need a report for a regulated decision.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We cannot tell you how a warrant, charge, bond, or court date applies to your situation. For legal advice about a specific Refugio County case, consult a licensed Texas attorney; for the official status, contact the issuing court.

7. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Site material and services are supplied "as is." We make no promise that:

  • Page details will be correct, complete, or current whenever viewed
  • Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
  • The website will be free of defects or vulnerabilities
  • An outside search provider will return complete or accurate results

Court and law-enforcement records can change, and this site does not receive live case updates. Refugio County's reviewed official pages did not provide a countywide active-warrant list. Nothing here is an official court or sheriff statement. Verify status with the issuing court and ask the sheriff only about service or custody information it can release.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Links lead to county and municipal government pages, court resources, Texas statutes, and outside search services. A destination may change its content, availability, fees, or data practices without notice. We do not control those sites; review their terms before relying on or submitting information to them.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless a third-party notice says otherwise, the site's original wording, graphics, marks, and code belong to Refugio County Warrant Records or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, alteration, or reuse requires prior written authorization, except where the law permits it.

10. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Refugio County Warrant Records and its operators disclaim liability for losses arising from site access, use, inability to use the site, or decisions based on this information or an outside service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless the site and its operators against claims or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute connected to site use must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these conditions as the site changes. A replacement version applies when posted here; continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms.

Terms Questions

Can you tell me if I have a warrant?

No. We cannot access official warrant systems. Start with the court named on the case, or use the county routing page to identify a likely clerk or sheriff contact.

Can you recall or clear a warrant for me?

No. The court that issued it controls recall or other case action. Contact that court and consult an attorney about your options.

Is a warrant listing on a linked tool official?

No. Third-party data may be incomplete or outdated. Ask the issuing court for official case status; the sheriff can address law-enforcement routing within its role.
